We are so grateful to have had Mike & Mike and team help us with our home addition. They took a large and complicated project and made it simple for us to understand the steps, plan accordingly, navigate the entire project plan and get our dream space in the end. The communication was so helpful and their work is fantastic. Mike and Mike just completed an addition for us (three-season porch transformed into a family room, bedroom, and large deck), and we couldn't have had a better experience. We've been hoping to do this addition for years and had a lot of anxiety about doing such a large project, but they made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they couldn't have been more professional, punctual, clear with communications, and organized in their planning. They really exceeded our expectations. They always took the time to answer our questions and make sure they understood what we wanted. No matter who was here doing work, one of them was always here supervising and making sure everything was completed to their high standards.
Mike and Mike are also great people. We felt so comfortable having them in and out of our home (which you really have to get used to when you're under construction). We got to know them well and truly enjoyed talking to them at the end of each day to check in about the next step.
My husband and I recommend M&M Builders without hesitation. We never thought putting an addition onto our home could be so smooth! We are honestly so happy with how everything went.

Mike & Mike did a fantastic job on our deck. They completely upgraded and improved our space. Using the existing deck supports, they installed Trex decking, steps, railings & lighting. They were thorough, committed, and really nice to work with from the initial site visit, estimating, and proposal phases through construction amd clean-up. They worked closely with us to ensure we were fully informed about the process and our choices.

M&M did an amazing job on my Mother-in-Laws floor. Another contractor did a number on her and left her house a mess with no flooring, razor blades and nails laying around, and the furniture a mess. M&M got her almost immediately on the schedule and taken care of with beautiful flooring. They were very kind and professional. We couldn’t have had a better result. I’d give them more stars if I could.
